Does my pet need to be vaccinated?
All animals that we board must be vaccinated.

What do I need to bring for
drop-off / check-in?
Any medications that your pet needs during their stay,
If you've chosen to supply your own food you will need to bring an adequate amount for their stay duration.
All dogs must have flat collars.
This is my pet's first visit to a kennel, what would you recommend I bring?
Please feel free to bring their favourite bed or toy, or an item of your clothing (unwashed). This will help with their settling in.
My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?
At Jaimon we offer a range of foods, but we also give the option of owner supply at no extra charge, for more information contact us

How long can I board my pet for?
We offer daycare for a minimum of two hours through to long-term stays for an extended period.
Can I book online?
No, each animal needs to be assessed and provided for accordingly, which we will do in the intake process.
